Lock It In:

The price you see includes the cost of the stone and the initial deposit. Please note that each flat fee is different depending on the stone. This amount acts as a deposit that goes directly toward your finished piece; it is non-refundable and secures your spot on my workbench.

The Design Scope:

To ensure the highest quality and consistency with the brand you love, all custom designs must be based on photos of my own previous work.

The Magic Phase:

Once the stone is secured, the design process begins! We’ll work together to turn that raw beauty into a finished piece.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance—covering labor, metal materials, and any additional accent stones—is due once your piece is completed.

The Wait:

Good things take time. Please allow 2–3 weeks for the handcrafted process before your new treasure is ready to ship. Pieces will be shipped immediately once the final payment is received in full.

Returns & Cancellations

Because of the personalized nature of
these creations, all custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you choose to cancel your order after the design process has begun, the initial deposit will be forfeited.

I treat every gemstone with the utmost
care, but as many of you know, opals are incredibly delicate. On the very rare occasion that a stone cracks or breaks during the setting phase, don’t worry—I’ve got your back. If that happens, I will immediately issue you a full
refund.
